What we sell
One physical product: the Ultimate Wedding Planner Book, a printed, coil-bound book with 88 printed pages divided into 10 tabbed sections, sold in three cover styles (Minimalist, Boho or Classic & Elegant) at $59.
We sell printed goods only. Nothing on this website is a digital download, a file or a template.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no membership fees and no charges added after purchase.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are entered directly on the checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.
We accept the card brands and wallets shown at the bottom of every page. We take payment once, at the point of purchase. We do not store card details, we do not bill on a recurring basis, and we never charge a card again without a new order.
Delivery
Every product sold by Ouredja is a physical book held in stock and shipped to the delivery address you enter at checkout. We ship within 1 business day, transit takes 1 to 2 business days by tracked US carrier, and most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days of ordering. Shipping is free within the United States.
Where we sell
We currently ship to customers in the United States only. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
Refunds and returns
Changed your mind? Return any unused planner within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
If your planner arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full at our cost. You do not need to send the damaged book back.

Please contact us first at contact@oureja.com. Almost every problem is resolved within one business day, and we would much rather fix it directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
