Shipping policy

Ouredja sells printed goods only. Every order is a physical book that is printed, packed and shipped to the delivery address you enter at checkout.

In stock and ready to ship

All three cover styles are printed, bound and held in stock. Nothing is made to order, so your planner is picked and packed rather than produced.

Processing time

We pack your order and hand it to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are packed on the next business day.

Transit time

Once it leaves us your planner ships by tracked US carrier and takes 1 to 2 business days in transit.

Total delivery estimate

Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days of being placed, processing and transit combined. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and public holidays can add time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum and no handling fee. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time, and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders outside the United States.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your planner leaves us. If your tracking details have not arrived and the processing time above has passed, email contact@oureja.com with your order number.

Delivery address problems

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@oureja.com as soon as possible — because we ship quickly, we can only correct an address before your parcel leaves us. Once an order has shipped the address cannot be changed. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange a re-send.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking stops updating, or your planner arrives damaged, email contact@oureja.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. See our Refund policy for how replacements and refunds work.
