Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Ouredja store, operated by Oureja LLC, 271 W. Short St Ste 410 2900, Lexington, KY 40507, United States.

1. What we sell

All products sold here are physical printed goods that are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Nothing sold on this website is a digital file, download or template. The product page states the page count, binding, cover styles and dimensions of what you are buying.

2. Stock and availability

All three cover styles are held in stock and ship within 1 business day. If a style sells out after you have ordered, we will contact you and refund you in full rather than hold the order open. See our Shipping policy.

3. Your copy

The printed planner is yours to use, write in and keep. The design and contents remain the intellectual property of Oureja LLC: you may not reproduce, scan, photocopy for distribution, resell or republish the planner or its pages, or use them to produce goods or services for sale.

4. Payment and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Production and transit estimates are given in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged we replace or refund it as set out in our Refund policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Unused books may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Damaged, defective or incorrect books are replaced or refunded at our cost. See our Refund policy for the full terms.

7. Accuracy of the planner

The planner is a set of organisational pages and checklists. It is provided for general planning purposes and is not financial, legal or contractual advice. You are responsible for your own budgets, contracts and vendor arrangements.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the store available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oureja LLC’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
