Refund policy

Every Ultimate Wedding Planner Book is a printed, coil-bound book held in stock and shipped to you. This policy explains exactly when we replace or refund one.

Change of mind

Return any unused planner within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email contact@oureja.com with your order number first and we will confirm the return address.

The book must come back in resalable condition — unwritten in, undamaged and with the coil binding intact. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service, since we can only refund what reaches us. Your refund is issued once the book arrives and has been checked, normally within two business days.

Damaged, defective or incorrect books

If your planner arrives damaged, misprinted, mis-bound or is not the cover style you ordered, email contact@oureja.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the original book back.

Exchanging a cover style

The planning pages, trackers and checklists are identical in all three cover styles, so an exchange is handled as a return plus a new order. Return the unused book within 30 days as above and order the style you prefer.

Cancelling an order

We ship quickly, so email contact@oureja.com as soon as possible after ordering. If your parcel has not yet left us we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, treat it as a change-of-mind return above.

Orders that never arrive

If tracking shows your parcel as lost, or it has not arrived well beyond the estimated delivery window in our Shipping policy, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Duplicate orders

If you accidentally place the same order twice, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly the money appears, usually within five to ten business days of us issuing it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Almost every problem is resolved within one business day.
