Refund policy

All sales are final. Every product sold by Oureja is a digital file delivered instantly at checkout. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If something goes wrong

If your files will not download, will not open, or are not what your order confirmation says they should be, email us at contact@oureja.com within 30 days of purchase. We will re-send your files, supply a working alternative format, or refund you in full if we cannot deliver what you paid for.

Duplicate orders

If you accidentally place the same order twice, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Almost every download problem is fixed within one business day.
